I didn’t begin my journey in a kitchen-I started in mechanical engineering. I’ve always loved designing, building, and tinkering with anything I can get my hands on. But in the middle of a long job search, I needed something to keep me moving. So I wandered into baking.

What began as a way to stay busy-experimenting with cookies, bread, brownies-quickly turned into something I genuinely loved. Baking scratched the same itch engineering does: testing ideas, tweaking variables, chasing the perfect result. Except this time, the prototypes were delicious.

Somewhere between the late-night experiments and the notebook full of recipe “blueprints,” a tiny bakery dream started to form.

And right now?

It’s just me. A one‑person team baking one brownie at a time, learning, improving, and building this little venture from the ground up. Small batches. Big flavor. A lot of heart.
